Greg serves as Vice Chairman of the FaithSearch Partners Board, and as President of the Mission Enterprise Division. He also serves as senior consultant for a variety of national and international clients. Greg was the founding leader of Halftime Talent Solutions prior to its merger with FaithSearch in early 2018, and developed the operating model for the organization to bring cost-effective, high-quality management recruiting and talent acquisition services to the faith-based non-profit community.

During more than 25 years in retained executive search and global recruitment strategy consulting, Greg has consistently built innovative and effective recruitment processes for his clients. He combines rapid candidate identification and development with sensitivity to matching the right professionals to the unique culture and specific mission objectives of each client.

Prior to the launch of Halftime Talent Solutions, Greg served as both Vice President of U.S. Search Operations and Managing Director of Global Healthcare and Life Sciences Practice for Futurestep. Before joining Futurestep in 2005, Greg was a regional managing director and senior client partner in the executive search division of Korn/Ferry’s Healthcare and Life Sciences Practice for eight years.

Greg resides in Dallas with his wife of 30+ years and is grateful for three thriving adult children.

Nicole Hodiny

Project Coordinator

Nicole supports Faith Driven Investor and Faith Driven Entrepreneur with project, event, and admin coordination. She is also an assistant to Henry Kaestner and his family office, supporting him with various tasks across the Faith Driven Movement. Prior to joining the team, she worked as a learning design associate at momenta Group in Singapore, then briefly assisted the Founding Partners of Sovereign’s Capital in their Jakarta office. She now lives in Los Angeles with her husband after a year-long period of processing her fiance visa (yes, that’s a real thing)!

Nicole did her bachelor’s in communications and philosophy at Biola University, during which her thesis on ‘horrendous evils and the goodness of God’ was published in the University of Michigan’s undergraduate philosophy journal. In her free time Nicole enjoys reading, exploring town, and enrolling in free online courses.

Janelle Gan

ADMINISTRATIVE RESEARCH ASSISTANT

Janelle is an administrative research assistant for Faith Driven Media supporting Faith Driven Entrepreneur remotely from Singapore. She provides administrative support to the operations team through data entry, gathering requested information, and assisting in the development of new projects. Her primary goals are to work cohesively with her team and ensure data collection is effective and efficient.  

Previously, Janelle worked as a Client Care Supervisor for a home care agency in California, where she supervised care managers, implemented care plans and provided social services for clients in need. She graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. 

Janelle was born in Singapore and lived in seven different countries in Asia throughout her childhood. In 2015, she moved to California, USA to pursue her Social Work degree and gain experience in international social work. Grounded in her identity as a third-culture kid (TCK) and lover of Christ, Janelle is passionate about diversity, advocating for social justice and being a part of God’s kingdom and mission on earth.

Frank Chen

Bio:

Frank Chen is a partner at the venture capital firm, Andreessen Horowitz. Before joining Andreessen Horowitz, Frank was the VP of products at Opsware. During his tenure there, he gained expertise in enterprise software development and sales, product marketing, change management, and competitive strategies. Prior to that, he was a director of client services at Loudcloud, where he ran data center operations for name “brand customers including Fox Sports, Nike, Fandango.com and Blockbuster. Prior to Loudcloud, Frank worked for Respond.com, where he led consumer web services as a VP of products & UI design.

He also served as a director of product management at Netscape. Prior to that, he was a product manager at Oracle. Earlier in his career, Frank was also technical writer for GO Corporation.

Frank received his bachelor of science degree in symbolic systems from Stanford University.
