Bio:

Kevin Phillips transitioned into his role as the next generation of leadership for the family business in 2011. His role consists of overseeing the strategic growth and strategy for Phillips Management Group and its portfolio of communities.

Prior to his current position, Kevin worked for a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs as an analyst in Dallas, Texas. He is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a B.B.A. in Finance.

Kevin currently is involved with several charitable organizations. He also serves as President of the Board of Trustees for the Phillips Foundation through which he and his family implement high-impact grants within the Greensboro/Guilford County community.

Kevin Sutanyo

Mr. Sutantyo is a natural problem solver, well balanced in analytical skills as well as relationship and consensus-building. Raised in Jakarta till his late teen years, he then lived in the US for 15 years, developing an understanding of life in both countries. Kevin received a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UC San Diego in 2002 and immediately worked in a related field with the Northrop Grumman Corporation.

He then ran a small biotech manufacturing and distribution enterprise in Phoenix, AZ and Milwaukee, WI for 5 years till he returned to Indonesia in 2010. Kevin has been active in Angel investments in both Indonesia and Silicon Valley since 2009, giving him experience in early stage companies and the different nuances of investing in the different regions. He is engaged in multiple mentoring programs, school development projects and other non-profit related activities.

Kevin is actively involved in various ministries in International English Service church in Jakarta, most recently finishing a term as a deacon. Kevin and his wife, Nathalia, live in Jakarta with their children, Caleb and Thalia.

Justin Speer

Justin Speer: Justin Speer is a Principal and Senior Analyst on the Public Equities team at Sovereign’s Capital. He possesses nearly 20 years of equity research and investment experience, including over a decade investing in small- and mid-cap growth equities as a Portfolio Manager and Senior Analyst at Invesco / Van Kampen and several years as a Managing Director at investment research firm Zelman & Associates. Before joining Van Kampen Investments in 2008, Justin worked as an equity research analyst with Credit Suisse. For over a decade, he has also served as a deacon in the church of Christ in Katy, Texas with responsibility for fostering World English Institute (WEI), a platform that promotes the worldwide spread of the gospel of Christ while teaching English. He was appointed as a board member of WEI in 2020. Justin has also served as a short-term missionary in Albania, Romania and Katy, Texas.

Karen Hung is the CEO and Founder of Silver Rock Consulting firm. Silver Rock focuses on transformation and growth at the intersection of strategy, marketing, and innovation. She and Silver Rock have experience and agility across multiple industries, with clients ranging from Ascension Health Care, Kohler, MetLife, AbbVie, Johnson Controls, SubZero Wolf.

Prior to Silver Rock, Ms. Hung was the Senior Vice President, Global Chief Marketing Officer with Lands’ End. She has held executive positions leading global teams with GE, Ann Inc and Citigroup in the areas of Marketing, Strategy, and Innovation.

Ms. Hung serves as a Director on the Boards of KeHE, Florence Eiseman Company and Ascension – Wisconsin. She has taught graduate and undergraduate courses as an adjunct professor of Entrepreneurship and of Leadership with the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Lubar School of Business.

An active civic leader, Ms. Hung is serves on the Boards of Directors and Executive Committee with the Rotary Club of Milwaukee as President successor, the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra as Governance Chair, Junior Achievement of Wisconsin as Strategy Chair. She is the Immediate Past President of the Harvard Business School Club of Wisconsin.

Karen Hung earned an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BA from Washington University of St. Louis.

Katherine Trout

Katherine Trout is honored to serve as Director of Partnerships for Faith Driven Investor, where she focuses on Investor Relations. Katherine is passionate about using entrepreneurship and innovation to serve the Kingdom of God, especially as a means of sharing the hope of Jesus and in caring for the vulnerable and oppressed. 

Katherine received her B.A. in International Affairs and Public Policy at Princeton University, and completed additional studies in Old Testament theology at Oxford University and entrepreneurship at IDC Herzliya in Israel. She previously worked as a federal employee at the Office of Economic Initiatives and Entrepreneurship at the White House, as well as at the Office of Management and Budget. Katherine is currently based in her hometown of St. Louis.

Prior to co-founding MoxieBridge in 2018, KC Kronbach was co-founder and Managing Partner for Knightvest Capital headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Founded in 2007, Kronbach helped grow Knightvest Capital into one of the largest multifamily owners in the southwest. Kronbach acquired over $3 billion in real estate investments throughout almost 100 properties totaling approximately 30,000 housing units. Under KC’s stewardship, Knightvest Capital achieved a 9-year net investor IRR north of 30%, making it one of the top investment firms in the southwest.

In late 2015, the Kronbach Family founded the Eleven:11 Foundation. Eleven:11 is a small foundation that is faith-based, family-focused and graciously generous.  Its goal is to help those in need with a generous and faithful heart.  Additionally, KC is an active member of Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO) and Munger Place Church.

In 1998, KC graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelors of Business Administration.  He completed his graduate degree in Organizational Leadership and Ethics from St. Edward’s University in 2003.
