AARE was founded by Andrew Michael Arroyo. The journey began in 1999. Since we opened our doors as a one-agent company, we’ve been through the boom times and the bust times, and we’ve just kept on growing to become a nationwide brokerage. We now have hundreds of members including agents, brokers, managers, and staff to help us keep everything running smoothly. With a successful track record of thousands of residential and commercial sales, AARE is passionate about its mission of giving back to others in need.

Our mission is to fulfill God’s will. Our vision is to bear much fruit. We honor Him within our real estate agency by nurturing a culture where giving and serving others needs before our own is a priority. We obey His Word by growing our business based on His moral, ethical and biblical principles. Andrew Grinstead

Bio:

Before joining Leavell Investments in 2010, Andrew served as an investment consultant to the New York-based hedge fund Southpoint Capital Advisors, LP. Andrew’s previous work experience includes private equity and investment banking roles with Raymond James, Equity Group Investments, IPC Industries, and Chestnut Partners. Andrew graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Economics from Harvard College, and received his M.B.A., with distinction, from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management where he was chosen by faculty as the top finance student in his graduating class. Andrew taught courses in Advanced Financial Management and Money and Capital Markets as an Adjunct Lecturer at Spring Hill College.

Life:

He is an Appointed Director of the Harvard Alumni Association and a Board Member at the Women’s Resource Center. He enjoys coaching his children’s sports teams and spending time with his family.

Andrew Kean

Andrew Kean is a Principal at Sovereign’s Capital and concentrates on investment and portfolio management in the lower middle market practice. Prior to joining Sovereign’s Capital, Andrew co-founded and managed a firm that invested private capital to help businesses transition ownership, find new leadership, and continue to grow. Additionally, Andrew held c-suite leadership roles in successful hospitality, consumer focused, and manufacturing companies. With a deep background as a director, investor, and operator, Andrew draws on his experiences to provide guidance and support to leaders who desire to invest in and build excellent companies.

Andrew is passionate about investment management, leadership development, strategic planning, organizational design and healthy governance. He earned his B.A. in Religious Studies from the University of Virginia and executive certifications in strategic planning (Center for Simplified Strategic Planning) and family business governance (Kellogg School of Management). Andrew was also selected for Harvard Business School’s inaugural Young American Leaders Program and is an alumnus of Leadership Tennessee.

Andrew lives in Chattanooga, TN with his wife Cindy and their three boys. He serves as an elder at New City Fellowship, and as a volunteer Board member for the Chattanooga Rotary Club and the River City Company.

Valued Business works with businesses and leaders to enable them to connect their values with what they do. Andrew is passionate about helping business leaders identify their values, work out how to integrate them on a practical level, and then communicate them.

He currently works on a retained basis on two key projects with Cornerstone and CBMC in addition to some smaller one-off projects.
