Andre builds high-performing teams, that achieve more with less. His specialties are business operations, investments, international expansions, and business turn-arounds.

Andre has over 20 years of experience in starting, growing and operating businesses in the US and internationally. He is the founder and Managing Principal of a private equity fund with 5 years of experience in starting and managing the fund. He has experience in presenting executive level financial and operational briefs to investors and boards of directors. Andre’s background includes extensive experience managing business turnarounds including streamlining large, complex organizations and operations.

Andre has managed multiple re-launches, both with large multinationals (P&G and Citibank) and medium sized businesses, resulting in vibrant organizations set up for success. He is also a member of the Board of Directors at Hope International.
