Session 6: Your Next Step
It would be easy for us to get hyper-focused on the playbook of how to apply this content to our own context. But in doing so, we might miss the bigger picture. Faith Driven Investor is not some system we run to for victory. God is calling us to a journey filled with joy, purpose, and excitement that far exceeds anything we could achieve on our own.
We’re not here simply to build a better portfolio or chase higher returns. God has given us the opportunity to know Him more fully by the way we allocate and deploy our resources. When we invest in alignment with His purposes, we draw closer to Him and become part of something much bigger than ourselves. God is inviting us to be on a team—a community of believers who support one another, challenge one another, and work together to impact the world for His glory.
In this session, we share how you can move from simply knowing to actually doing. The journey isn’t meant to be walked alone. It’s about doing this in community with like-minded people who share your vision and values. Surround yourself with others who are on the same path, and allow them to encourage and hold you accountable.
At the heart of it all is one essential question: Is God’s glory our greatest ambition? If it is, everything changes. We no longer need to be weighed down by worry or fear about our resources or returns. Instead, we can step into the opportunity to truly live out our faith, trusting that God will guide us, provide for us, and use our capital for His Kingdom purposes. This is the adventure He’s calling us to, and it’s one that’s far more fulfilling than any financial goal we could set on our own.

Go Deeper
There’s no limit to the ways you can explore the Marks of a Faith Driven Investor. What we provide below are five ideas we think might lead each one of us to an even greater understanding of our Pulling From One Pocket.
Consider: Donor Advised Funds (DAFs) can be used to invest in companies and funds, often in partnership with groups like the National Christian Foundation or the Impact Foundation. When those investments bring a return, it puts more capital in your DAF to invest towards the next opportunity.
Act Differently: Talk with your financial advisor about available faith driven investment opportunities (hint: if they don't have much to offer, encourage them to add new options!) and how they can fit into your investment portfolio. If you are looking for a Christian financial advisor, visit Kingdom Advisors to find a Christian Certified Kingdom Advisor.
