Ndidi is a social entrepreneur with over 21 years of experience in International Development and Business Management. She is the Founder of LEAP Africa an organization with a mission to develop dynamic, innovative and principled leaders; Co-Founder of AACE Food Processing and Distribution Ltd., an indigenous agro-processing company that is providing high-quality foods for West Africans while improving the livelihoods of farmers in the region; and a Director at Sahel Capital Partners and Advisory Ltd., an advisory and consulting firm focused on the agribusiness and nutrition sectors in West Africa.
She has an undergraduate degree in Multinational and Strategic Management (graduating with honours) from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Graduate School of Business. Ndidi started her career as a management consultant with McKinsey and Company, working in their Chicago, New York, and Johannesburg Offices.
Ndidi serves on numerous international and local boards including Nestle Nigeria Plc., Nigerian Breweries Plc, Globethics.net, Godrej Consumer Products Ltd. India and Royal DSM Sustainability Board, Netherlands. She has been recognized as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum and has received a National Honour of Member of the Federal Republic of Nigeria by the Nigerian Government. In 2011, she was listed as one of the Forbes 20 Youngest Power Women in Africa.
Ndidi is the author of “Social Innovation in Africa: A Practical Guide for Scaling Impact,” published by Routledge in 2016.
