Luke Bolton

Luke Bolton enjoys serving at the intersection of wealth management and biblical theology. He completed a BA in Theology and an MA in Biblical Studies. After seminary, Luke and his family moved to East Asia where he taught business and theology courses for a year.
In 2007, Luke took a role at Securian Financial in St Paul where he started his career in financial services. At Securian he completed training to become a General Securities Principal (Series 24) and provided regulatory supervision for over 1,000 financial advisors.
He then served as Director of Operations at WaterRock Financial where he supported a financial advisor team with a focus on generosity and investing for impact. While there he served on the LPL/Kingdom Advisor Community’s steering committee to develop a Biblically Responsible Investing (BRI) model that was launched at LPL Financial in 2022. He serves on the board for Faith Driven Network of the Twin Cities and facilitates a bi-monthly conversation group for academic theologians and investment managers.
Luke recently accepted a role with Kingdom Advisors as Executive for Strategic Relations where he focuses on institutional relationships.
Luke and his family are members at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Minneapolis. In their free time, they enjoy exploring, reading, and having outdoor adventures in the “Land of 10,000 Lakes”.
Since Christ is our Lord and ultimate treasure, overlooking him in our investing ethics is a problem that should be confronted pastorally and theologically. What would happen if we held up the supremacy of Christ as the foundation for a truly Christian ethic for investing?
