Bio:
As Chief Executive Officer of Thompson Thrift Development, Paul oversees the company’s overall strategy and culture. He founded Thompson Thrift with partner John Thompson in 1986. Under their leadership, the business has grown into a nationally recognized, full-service real estate development and construction company.
In 2008, Paul cofounded Thompson Thrift Residential, a full-service multifamily housing developer. Since then, the company has expanded its multifamily presence across the United States and established itself as a leading developer of Class A apartment communities.
Throughout his tenure, Paul has helped guide Thompson Thrift’s continued growth and expansion across the real estate industry. His leadership, innovation, and drive have played an integral role in the company’s success and its reputation as one of the country’s leading privately owned real estate companies.
Beyond his leadership at Thompson Thrift, Paul is passionate about servant leadership and giving back. He is actively involved in his community and serves several nonprofit and civic organizations. He is also the driving force behind TT Serve, Thompson Thrift’s philanthropic arm, which supports team members, provides financial and volunteer assistance in the communities Thompson Thrift serves, and organizes Vision Trips to support international communities in need.
