Our next opportunity is January 30 – February 5, 2023 in Kenya, as we partner with Talanton, Verdant Frontiers, and Sinapis.
On this trip, we will meet Christian entrepreneurs, fund managers, philanthropists and local investors developing the industries of tomorrow – all while being intentional with how their faith in Christ can transform Kenya. From innovative fintech companies helping provide the poor with banking access, to groundbreaking companies reaching remote areas with affordable healthcare, Christians are changing this nation.

We will be limiting the trip to a small number of investors and philanthropists so that we can better build deep relationships with our African counterparts. This trip is offered at cost, with the option to make a donation above that to Faith Driven to help pay-it-forward and expand future ministry opportunities and investor trips. Some of the expenses you will pay for on your own, such as flights, hotels (including breakfast), Kenya visa fee, and the optional Masai Mara weekend safari. However, for the sake of ease and group discounts, some other items will be paid up front as a group and reimbursements collected as a lump sum of $950 – this includes lunches, dinners, a Monday afternoon safari at Nairobi National Park, the FORGE Summit registration fee, and transportation.

FORGE is the Global Summit for Christian entrepreneurship ecosystem builders working in emerging and frontier markets. This five-day event, organized by Sinapis in partnership with Angello and FDI, will overlap with our FDI Trip and take place in Nairobi from Jan 31–Feb 4. We will join as a group on Wednesday and Thursday, where we will hear stories from capacity-building market leaders and entrepreneurs and actively participate in investor-related breakout sessions.
