Bio:
Dean is the founding partner and Chief Executive Officer of Macfarlan Capital Partners. With over 40 years of industry experience in the development, acquisition and sale of investment properties exceeding the $1 billion mark in value, he provides the vision, strategic guidance and entrepreneurial leadership to their company.
Dean started his career at Hank Dickerson and Company, a major Dallas real estate brokerage firm, where he learned the commercial brokerage business from the ground up. After four years with Dickerson, he took $250,000 in personal savings and a vision: not to be the biggest, but to be the best, real estate investment company in the region and established DDM Investments in 1984. His national reputation has been developed based on three guiding principles: providing investor partners and clients with superior investments based on quality real estate, cultivating an efficient investment process, and a developing a team that is committed to integrity.
