Tony’s professional experience includes commercial real estate transaction management, asset management, strategic planning, as well as, development, financing and corporate outsourcing.

Prior to co-founding CLX Ventures, Tony was with Trammell Crow and CBRE for a combined 31 plus years in multiple leadership roles.  Most recently, he served as the Global President of Client Care overseeing the firms top 500 +/- Enterprise clients and overall client experience for CBRE.  For the decade before that, Tony served as the Global President of Asset Services. In that role, Tony led the Real Estate Services business lines for the company’s industry leading global Asset Services division which included all services rendered on behalf of the investor clients of CBRE and managed a portfolio of 3 billion square feet.  Prior to becoming Global President of Asset Services for CBRE, Tony was responsible for Trammell Crow Company’s Dallas Office and then the Central Region. The Central Region included all business lines, in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Illinois, Minnesota, Michigan, Ohio and Indiana, including corporate services, tenant representation brokerage, project management, investment properties, outsourcing and asset services.

Tony serves as  Director on the board of Altus Group, the leading global provider of software, data, and technology enabled expert services to the global commercial real estate industry. Tony also serves on the Board of Directors of GigaMonster, a leading provider of internet services to the multi-family and commercial real estate industry in the US.

Tony holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Data Processing and Analysis from the University of Texas at Austin, TX and a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard University.

Tim Keller

Founding pastor | Redeemer Presbyterian Church in Manhattan

Timothy Keller is the founding pastor of Redeemer Presbyterian Church in Manhattan, which he started in 1989 with his wife, Kathy, and three young sons.  For 28 years he led a diverse congregation of young professionals that grew to a weekly attendance of over 5,000.

He is also the Chairman & Co-Founder of Redeemer City to City (CTC), which starts new churches in New York and other global cities, and publishes books and resources for ministry in an urban environment. In 2017 Dr. Keller transitioned to CTC full time to teach and mentor church planters and seminary students through a joint venture with Reformed Theological Seminary’s (RTS), the City Ministry Program. He also works with CTC’s global affiliates to launch church planting movements.

Dr. Keller’s books, including the New York Times bestselling The Reason for God and The Prodigal God, have sold over 2 million copies and been translated into 25 languages.

He previously served as the pastor of West Hopewell Presbyterian Church in Hopewell, Virginia, Associate Professor of Practical Theology at Westminster Theological Seminary, and Director of Mercy Ministries for the Presbyterian Church in America.

Tim Macready

Bio:

Tim Macready is Chief Investment Officer of Brightlight, leading all aspects of Brightlight’s impact investment strategy across multi-manager and single sector portfolios and working with investors to help them allocate capital into impact and faith-driven investing.  Tim led the formation of Brightlight as it spun out from Christian Super, an Australian Pension Fund, having joined Christian Super in 2005 and been responsible for managing the internal investment team and working with the Investment Committee and external specialists to oversee Investment Strategy.

Prior to working at Christian Super, Tim was an Actuarial Analyst at Aon Consulting.  He holds a B Com (Actuarial Studies) from Macquarie University and a Masters of Divinity from the Australian College of Theology, and is a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA).

Tim is a Managing Partner of Crosland Southeast and is responsible for strategic growth, management and capital markets. Tim is also very involved operationally in all development and acquisition efforts. Prior to the formation of Crosland Southeast, Mr. Sittema served as President of Crosland Investment Services. From 2005-2009, he served as a Lead Developer for Crosland Retail where he focused on identifying and leading development efforts for new retail and mixed-use opportunities throughout the Carolinas, Tennessee and Kentucky.

Prior to joining Crosland, Sittema served as President for Sittema Properties, Inc., in Colorado. While there he specialized in retail development projects in the Rocky Mountain States including several complex land assemblage projects. Previously he was a Managing Partner for Sittema-Bullock Realty Partners and Marketing Principal for Trammell Crow Company. Mr. Sittema has over 30 years’ experience in the shopping center industry, is married and has 4 children and is very involved in his community and in philanthropic endeavors.

TJ Abood

TJ Abood is the Investment Partner at Access Ventures. Prior to joining the firm in 2014, TJ spent eight years with a small-cap private equity fund, operating a consolidation strategy.

In addition to his investment strategy and acquisition experience, TJ has also managed financial operations at scale and held numerous institutional banking positions. TJ has a B.S. in Accounting from Miami University, an Entrepreneurship MBA from the University of Louisville, and has also completed post-graduate work at Harvard Business School.

Life:

TJ is married to Coral Abood and they have two children. Their family can often be found on the soccer field or serving within their community.
