After graduating with a degree in law from the University of Kansas and building a successful career as a lawyer, in 1999 Bill High left the law firm to embark on a new adventure—becoming CEO of The Signatry. Since then, The Signatry has sent out nearly $3 billion in grants. Bill High has also branched out in numerous business ventures to further the causes of generosity and family legacy. He founded iDonate, the country’s first giving software to handle cash and noncash gifts in a single platform; and Family Arc, an online private family archive service.

Bill High is a forward-thinking entrepreneur with over fifteen years’ experience running a nonprofit. Having lost his own father at age 12, Bill deeply understands the need for strong families and lasting legacies. Today his mission is to empower families in building legacies of generosity. Bill Thomas is an owner and Executive Vice President of MacDonald Realty Group. Bill has been in investment banking and other areas of the investment industry for over 25 years. Bill also consults with governments and non-profit organizations including LEAD Global 360.

His vast experience has helped governments, profit and non-profit organizations bring governmental and economic impact within nations. He has also been the CEO of Community Impacting Business Network helping bring change via business to local communities. Bill Wichterman

Bill Wichterman is Senior Advisor at Covington & Burling LLP in Washington, DC. Bill was Special Assistant to President George W. Bush in the White House, Policy Advisor to U.S. Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist, and Chief of Staff to Congressman Joe Pitts and Congressman Bill Baker.  He has been a senior advisor on several presidential campaigns and remains active in national politics.  Prior to entering politics, he was a missionary to Turkish guestworkers in West Berlin.  He is fluent in German and conversant in Turkish. 

 

Bill is the author of the book, Dying to Live: Finding Joy In Giving Yourself to God (Oakton Foundation Press, 2014), and he authored an influential essay entitled, “The Culture: Upstream from Politics,” which appeared in the 2001 Eerdmans book, Building a Healthy Culture: Strategies for an American Renaissance (ed. Don Eberly). He co-authored an essay entitled, “Making Goodness Fashionable” in the Stroud & Hall book Creating the Better Hour: Lessons from William Wilberforce (Ed. Chuck Stetson, 2007).  He has also written op-eds for National ReviewTownhall.com and Redstate.com

 

Bill is co-founder of Wedgwood Circle, an angel investment network driving investment into arts and entertainment that seeks to renew culture.  He is President of Faith & Law, a ministry to congressional staff seeking to integrate their faith with their calling to the public square, and he is Chairman of the Board of the political arm of the March for Life.  He is a member of The Gathering and Generous Giving, and he is an active angel investor and impact investor in the developing world. He and his wife founded an international visual arts competition through their family foundation (Oakton Foundation). Bill holds an M.A. in Political Theory from the Catholic University of America, and a B.A. from Houghton College. 

 

Bill is married to Dana Wichterman.  He is a member of Christ Church Vienna (Anglican), and is a native of Lancaster, Pennsylvania. And he is an avid sailor.

Prior to TrustBridge, Robert served for 16 years with the National Christian Foundation, an organization that has facilitated over $10 billion in charitable giving in the U.S. to more than 50,000 charities in over 100 countries. Prior to that, he was Managing Director and Co-Chief Investment Officer of Goldman Sachs Asset Management (Equity Investment Management) where he led a 54-person team responsible for investing $36 billion in European and Global equities portfolios.

Life:

Bob and his wife, Tricia, have five adult children and one grandchild. He takes great joy from inspiring and encouraging business owners and families to greater generosity (and impact investing).

Bob joined Crossmark in May 2021 as Chief Investment Officer (CIO), bringing over 40 years of industry experience to guide the investment process and serve as portfolio manager for multiple Crossmark large cap strategies. He also utilizes his investment expertise to provide weekly and quarterly investment commentaries, as well as annual market predictions. Bob is a regular guest and contributor to multiple media outlets such as CNBC, Bloomberg TV, Moneywise, and Fox Business News. Prior to arriving at Crossmark, he held the roles of Senior Portfolio Manager and Chief Equity Strategist at Nuveen and Blackrock, President and Chief Investment Officer at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, and Chief Investment Officer at Oppenheimer Funds, Inc.

Bob graduated from Lehigh University with a B.S. in Accounting and a B.A. in Economics. He later went on to earn an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation, as well as the FINRA Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.

Bob dedicates his time as choir director at his local church and also serves on a number of boards including the Alliance of Confessing Evangelicals, Word of Life Fellowship, New Canaan Society, Kingdom Advisors, National Christian Foundation, Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary, The Lausanne Movement, Movement.org, Cairn University, Christianity Today, and the Princeton Healthcare System.

Bob and his wife Leslie currently reside in Princeton, New Jersey and have three children.
