Reuben Coulter is a Director of International Strategy at Faith Driven Investor and Entrepreneur. He is also a Trustee of Bristol City Funds, a pioneering investment fund in the UK. Prior to this, he was CEO of Transformational Business Network, a global impact investment network, and a Fellow and Associate Director for Africa at the World Economic Forum in Switzerland. He was also the founding CEO of Tearfund Ireland, an international development organisation and Chair of the Irish Humanitarian Committee. He completed an Executive Masters in Leadership with Wharton, Colombia, London and INSEAD Business Schools and a Masters in Public Health at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.

Richard William Hayes is the chief executive officer and managing partner of Digital Lightbridge, a full-service digital marketing firm. Hayes founded Digital Lightbridge in 2001 and remains faithful to its mission of helping companies achieve their business objectives through strategic marketing solutions. Richard is responsible for managing the firm’s day-to-day business operations, as well as sales and delivering exceptional client service.

Richard has over 30 years of experience in advertising and marketing, having held executive positions with Fortune 500 companies and several major communications businesses.

Hayes co-founded and published a national Christian leadership publication, for four years, called TwoTen Magazine. The publication has featured a wide variety of leaders including Coach Tony Dungy, Heisman Trophy winner Tim Tebow, best-selling author Dave Ramsey, Dr. Ben Carson, Duck Dynasty’s Willie Robertson, Shannon Bream of Fox News, David Green founder of Hobby Lobby, and Ben Watson of the New Orleans.

Life:

Richard resides in San Antonio, Florida and is the proud father of three exceptional sons. The Hayes’ have adopted and have foster-parented 48 children.

Richard is a Co-Founder and Partner at Sango Capital. Prior to co-founding Sango, Richard, was a Principal at Makena Capital, a large private endowment. At Makena, he managed portfolios with substantial emerging markets exposure, and was a member of Makena’s 20-person investment forum that reviewed and critiqued hundreds of investment opportunities and ultimately invested over US$15 billion into over 300 funds and co-investments across all major public and private asset classes globally. He also led the firm’s investment research forum designed to anticipate and explore new geographies, investment themes and tactical asset allocation strategies. Prior to working at Makena, Richard was a Partner at Bridgewater Associates, a US$150 billion global hedge fund. His responsibilities at Bridgewater included building and refining investment ideas as part of the research department, portfolio construction, building the research-oriented client advisory team and managing a client business unit.

Richard was educated in Africa, the United Kingdom, and the United States, receiving an MBA Hons. from Pace University and a BA (Honors Program) Economics & Public Policy from Swarthmore College. He attended the UWC of the Atlantic in Wales on scholarship. He sits on several fund advisory boards, portfolio company boards as well as the boards of the African Leadership Foundation and Human Horizons Foundation.

As president of Thompson Thrift Development, Paul oversees the development of the company’s asset portfolio and new market opportunities. He founded Thompson Thrift with partner John Thompson in 1986. Under their leadership, the business has grown into the nationally recognized full-service real estate development and construction company it is today.

During his tenure as its president, Paul has successfully guided Thompson Thrift Development through the competitive real estate marketplace while expanding the company’s portfolio to include multifamily, institutional, industrial and commercial developments across the United States. His innovation and drive have fueled the company’s emergence as one of the country’s top privately owned real estate companies as recognized by Inc. magazine.

In 2008, he cofounded Watermark Residential, a full-service upscale multifamily housing developer. Since then Watermark Residential has developed a regional and national profile. The company continues to grow and develop and is actively working projects in 11 states.

Paul is involved in his community and serves on the Indiana State Chamber of Commerce Board’s Executive Committee, the Terre Haute Chamber of Commerce Board, the Indiana State University Scott College of Business Dean’s Executive Committee and is currently a member of the Terre Haute Tomorrow Steering Committee. He is past chair of the Terre Haute Economic Development Corporation, the Terre Haute Chamber of Commerce Board and the Wabash Valley Red Cross. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Indiana State University.

Pete Kelly is the CEO of Apartment Life—a growing nationwide ministry helping people see their neighbors as their greatest amenity, while also improving financial return for real estate owners. He joined Apartment Life after spending 24 years working at Cru. During his tenure there, he served as Executive Director of Leadership Development and Executive Director of Fund Development. Over the years Pete has worked with college students at Oklahoma State University and the University of Arkansas. Two years after Hurricane Katrina, he moved his family to New Orleans to work with college students and help with the city’s rebuilding efforts.

Life:

Pete graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1991. He and his wife, Chanin, got engaged while serving with Cru in Estonia, and they have two children, Anna Kate and Jack. His hobbies include triathlons, listening to audio books, dating his wife, playing with his kids, and grilling in the backyard
