Adam Walach

Founder | Walmark Pharmaceuticals

Adam (*1963) is an entrepreneur, investor, and philanthropist living in the Czech
Republic. Along with his two brothers, Adam founded a pharmaceutical company
named Walmark that grew to employ 900 people across nine countries. In 2010, the
Walach brothers were awarded the ‘Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Czech
Republic´.

After selling their company in 2015, the Walach brothers founded a family office called
ATERNUS Family Office and also started a family foundation – 3W Foundation – where
they have transferred a significant portion of their wealth. The foundation’s main focus
is to support primarily European Great Commission ministries and projects with
funding as well as with expertise and know-how.

To leverage the impact, Adam along with other like-minded Christian givers formed the
European Great Commission Collaboration (EGCC), a relational network connecting
global Christian funders, who collaborate to invest financially in strategic Christian
ministries in Europe.

Adam holds a MSc in Mathematics from Olomouc University, Czech Republic.
In 2013, Adam completed Halftime Institute in Dallas.

Adam enjoys skiing, mountain-biking and music. He and his wife, Grazyna, have three
children.
