Leads a family business as one of three second generation brothers. Applied Ceramics is a manufacturing business that has been in operation since 1967 and focused on becoming a world class organization that honors the past while moving towards the future. He creates value for customers, employees, and owners with a company culture that demands doing what we say, treating others the way we want to be treated, and exceeding expectations as best we can.
Bobby can see the bigger picture and how things fit together in an organization in order to align team members around a common purpose key factors. He values a team atmosphere and can determine how to optimize a group’s performance to maximize the return given the resources. He also believes in continuous improvement and that world class is a journey, not a destination.
